Terms governing custom build requests, payments, sourcing, and delivery for Mechyz projects.

CUSTOM BUILD POLICY

All Mechyz products are custom-built to order based on client specifications. Each project is tailored individually and is not produced from pre-stock inventory.

BUILD CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

Once build specifications and component planning are confirmed, payment is required before components are ordered. This secures the build slot and allows sourcing to begin specifically for the project.

COMPONENT SOURCING

Components are sourced individually for each build based on confirmed specifications. Availability and supplier timelines may influence sourcing schedules.

BUILD TIMELINES

Estimated build timelines are provided during consultation. Timelines may vary depending on component availability, customization level, and international supplier shipping times.

PROGRESS UPDATES

Clients receive progress updates during the build process through WhatsApp or private Discord build tickets depending on their preferred communication method.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs are calculated separately depending on destination and courier selection. Tracking information is provided once orders are dispatched.

Customs duties or import charges may apply depending on destination country regulations and are the responsibility of the client.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because each build is custom-made to order, completed projects are not eligible for return or exchange. If a technical issue occurs after delivery, support is available to help assess and resolve the situation.

CHANGES AFTER CONFIRMATION

Changes requested after component sourcing has begun may not be possible.
