Do you keep components in stock?
Most components are sourced specifically for each project after build confirmation. This allows every keyboard or fighting stick to be tailored around your preferences rather than assembled from pre-stock parts.

How long does a custom build take?
Typical build timelines range between 2–6 weeks depending on customization level, component availability, and shipping times from suppliers. Estimated timelines are confirmed before components are ordered.

Payment is completed after build specifications and component planning are confirmed. Components are then sourced specifically for your project before assembly begins.

Because each Mechyz build is made to order, components are sourced specifically for your project rather than taken from pre-stock inventory. Payment confirms your build slot and allows parts to be ORDERED for assembly.
COMMUNICATIONS AND UPDATES
How will I receive updates during my build?
Progress updates are shared throughout the build process so you always know what stage your project is in. Updates can be provided through WhatsApp or private Discord build tickets depending on your preference.
Do I need to use Discord to follow my build?
No. Updates can be shared through WhatsApp if you prefer. Discord tickets are available as an optional structured update channel for clients who would like a dedicated project space.

SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

How are builds packaged for shipping?
Each build is packaged carefully to ensure safe DOMESTIC & international delivery. Protective materials are used to reduce movement and protect components during transit.
Are shipments insured during delivery?
Yes. All shipments are insured during transit. If damage occurs during shipping, the courier’s insurance coverage applies and we assist clients through the claims process where necessary.
