How long is the process? 

A time frame will be given upon discussing the build proposal, and also

depending on when the parts are shipped and received, it is also effected by the order queue.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which will be included in the second invoice. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the build process has started. If there are issues with parts or shipping, we’ll work with you & vendors to find a solution.
